Roberto Rivera Padro is an independent comic book artist/creator, based in Austin, TX.

He studied & created art, in some form or another, all his life but his dream was always to draw comics. In 2019, he published his flagship title, Carlos the Kaiju Killer. Creating that first issue challenged him in ways he never expected and the reception it received encouraged him to keep creating. It also provided him the opportunity to work on projects with other incredible writers & artists. He partnered with Antarctic Press on Spectreman, and with IDW on Space Godzilla, Godzilla Rivals, & Godzilla Ruler of Earth. He is now collaborating with Matt Frank on the first ever Mothra series!

He has since published 4 additional issues of Carlos the Kaiju Killer, and 2 additional titles: Gold Dragón, and RX: Heal Thyself.
